Workspace settings

Os artigos de ajuda estão em inglês. O assistente do aplicativo responde perguntas no seu idioma.

Settings has two parts: the workspace your team shares, and your own login.

Workspace

  • MSP name. Owners can rename the workspace. The name appears to your team and on reports. Two to 120 characters.
  • Workspace ID. A unique ID for your workspace. Include it when you contact support so we find the right account quickly.
  • Created. When the workspace was set up.

Every rename is recorded in the audit log.

Download all workspace data

Owners can download everything in the workspace as a zip: one CSV file per table (clients, synced data from each tool, findings and decisions, offboardings, reports, the team, support tickets and the audit log), plus a README that lists the files. Connection keys and invite tokens are not included. Each download is recorded in the audit log, and every owner gets a security alert. It also works while the workspace is closing.

Your login

  • Email and role for the person signed in.
  • Security opens two-step verification, your signed-in sessions, support access and the audit log export. See Security settings.
  • Change your password opens the password reset page, which emails you a reset link.
  • Leave this team takes you to Team, where you can leave. A workspace must always keep at least one owner, so the last owner has to make someone else an owner first.

Close this workspace

Owners see Close this workspace at the bottom of Settings. Closing stops the workspace right away and deletes it after 30 days; until then an owner can keep it. See Closing your workspace.

Getting help with ownership

If the only owner has left your company and nobody can make a new owner, ask support to transfer ownership from Get help. See What SeatReaper support can see and do.
