Suggesting features and voting

Verificado pela última vez em 2026-10-20

Os artigos de ajuda estão em inglês. O assistente do aplicativo responde perguntas no seu idioma.

Open Help > Request a feature to tell us what would make SeatReaper better and to vote on what other MSPs have asked for.

Suggest a feature

  1. Under Suggest a feature, write one line saying what SeatReaper should do.
  2. Pick the area it is about and describe what you are trying to do and how it would help.
  3. Select Send suggestion.

Each person can send 10 suggestions a day, and a team 30. You automatically vote for your own suggestion.

Who sees what you write

Only your team and SeatReaper staff see your suggestion as you wrote it. If other MSPs could use it too, we add it to the Shared board under our own short title and description, written without your clients, names or details. Other workspaces never see who suggested an idea.

Never include passwords, API keys or client data in a suggestion.

Vote

On the Shared board, select Vote on the ideas you need. Votes help us decide what to build next. You can remove your vote at any time while an idea is open. Everyone on your team can vote on your team's own suggestions too.

Follow your team's ideas

Your team's requests lists everything your team suggested, with its status:

Status Meaning
New We have it and have not reviewed it yet
Under review We are looking at how it would work
Planned We intend to build it
In progress We are building it
Shipped It is live; voting closes
Not planned We do not plan to build it, usually with a note saying why
Merged Someone asked for the same thing; your votes moved to that idea

When we leave a note for your team, it appears under From SeatReaper. For a problem or a question, use Help > Get help instead, so a person replies. See Getting help from SeatReaper support.
