Getting help from SeatReaper support

Verificado pela última vez em 2026-10-20

Os artigos de ajuda estão em inglês. O assistente do aplicativo responde perguntas no seu idioma.

If an article here does not answer your question, ask the assistant or send a request to SeatReaper support from inside the app.

Ask the assistant

Select Ask SeatReaper at the bottom right of any page in the app and type your question, in any language. The assistant is an AI that answers from these help articles, with links to the right one. It is quick for questions like how to connect a tool, what a flag means or where a setting is.

  • It cannot see your workspace, clients, tenants or billing, and it cannot change anything.
  • It can be wrong. If an answer does not help, select Send to a person: the conversation becomes a support request and a person replies.
  • Do not paste passwords or API keys. Anything that looks like one is removed before your question is sent; if it was real, change it.
  • To keep it available for everyone, each person can ask 20 questions an hour and 80 a day, and a workspace 400 a day. Questions that are not about SeatReaper pause the assistant for that person for 24 hours after five in a day.
  • Conversations are kept for 90 days so we can stop abuse and improve these articles, then deleted. The assistant is provided by Anthropic; see Subprocessors.

Send a request

Open Help in the top bar and choose Get help, or use the Get help button on the Overview page. Pick what the request is about, give it a short subject, and describe:

  • what you were trying to do,
  • what happened instead, and
  • what you expected.

SeatReaper notes which page you came from, so you do not need to explain where you were. Never include passwords, API keys or other secrets.

Follow it under My tickets

Open Help > My tickets. Each request shows its number and status:

Status Meaning
With support We have it and will reply
Reply needed We replied and are waiting for you
Resolved We think it is sorted
Closed Finished

Open a request to read the conversation and reply. Replying to a resolved or closed request reopens it.

Who can see a request

The person who opened it can see it, and so can every owner in your workspace. Techs and viewers see only their own requests. Other workspaces never see your requests.

Replies from us are signed SeatReaper support. Our staff also keep private notes on some requests; those are for our team only and are never shown in your workspace.

When your workspace is suspended

Get help and My tickets keep working even if your workspace is suspended, so you can always reach us. See Suspended workspaces.

What support may do to help

To investigate, support may ask an owner to grant support access under Settings > Security. While access is granted, staff can open a time-limited, read-only view of your workspace, always recorded in your audit log with the reason. See What SeatReaper support can see and do.
