The product tour is a short series of tips that points at each part of SeatReaper: the Overview, Clients, Team, Billing and Audit log pages, the Help menu, and the Learn more links on each page.
When it appears
The tour starts by itself the first time you sign in to a workspace. Each person on your team gets their own tour, so a new tech sees it even if the owner already finished it.
Steps for pages your role cannot open are skipped. For example, techs and viewers do not see the Billing and Audit log steps.
Moving through it
- Next and Back move between steps.
- Skip tour or the Escape key closes it. It will not start again on its own.
- Done on the last step marks it complete.
SeatReaper remembers which step you reached and whether you finished, per login.
Replay it
Open Help in the top bar and choose Take the tour. It starts from the first step on whatever page you are on. You can also take the tour from your Overview page once you are signed in.
