Owners set branding under Settings > Branding. What you can change depends on your plan, and the page shows exactly what yours includes.
What each plan includes
| Plan | Branding |
|---|---|
| Free | Reports carry SeatReaper branding |
| Starter | Your name, logo and support email on reports, with a small "Prepared with SeatReaper" footer |
| Growth | Everything in Starter, plus your brand color and your own report footer instead of SeatReaper's |
| Pro | Full white label: everything in Growth, your brand in the app instead of SeatReaper, and your own sign-in domain |
Growth can add full white label for $99 a month plus a $199 one-time setup. Ask for it from Request the add-on on the Branding page; support turns it on once it is paid. See Plans and billing.
Report branding
- Name on reports appears at the top of every report. Leave it empty to use SeatReaper.
- Support email appears in the report footer so your clients know who to ask.
- Brand color is used for headings, totals and charts. Very light colors are shown in dark text so reports stay readable.
- Report footer replaces the "Prepared with SeatReaper" line. Up to 200 characters.
Logo
Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 100 KB. A wide logo around 600 x 160 pixels with a transparent background looks best. When a logo is set it stands in for your name at the top of reports, so use one that includes your company name.
Full white label
With full white label, everyone on your team sees your name and logo in the app header and browser tab instead of SeatReaper. Set a name and logo first to complete the look.
Custom domain
Enter a subdomain you own, such as portal.yourmsp.com, and choose Request domain. SeatReaper support emails you the DNS record to add at your domain provider, connects the domain, and marks it active. Your team then signs in at that address and sees your brand on the sign-in page too. This is the one-time setup covered by the setup fee.
If you change plans
Nothing you saved is deleted when you move to a smaller plan. Anything the new plan does not include stops showing, and comes back if you upgrade again. A custom domain stops showing your brand when full white label ends; you can remove it from the Branding page.
Who can change it
Only owners can change branding. Everyone on the team can see it. Every change is recorded in the audit log.
