What is recorded
- Your workspace: name, plan and billing status changes.
- Your team: people joining, leaving and changing role.
- Invites: created, accepted and revoked.
- Clients: added, renamed, archived, restored, and changes to their tool IDs.
- Security: two-step verification turned on or off for the workspace, authenticators added or removed, recovery codes created or used, two-step resets, and support access granted or withdrawn.
- Support actions, described below.
Support requests themselves are not in the audit log. They live under My tickets.
Entries from Stripe and the system
Billing changes show Stripe and a reference to the Stripe event that caused them. System entries are automatic, such as a SeatReaper trial ending on its date.
Entries from SeatReaper support
Anything a SeatReaper staff member does is labelled SeatReaper support and always includes the reason they had to give. That covers read-only views of your workspace (start and end), plan and trial changes, suspensions, invite links and ownership transfers. See What SeatReaper support can see and do.
Entries cannot change
Nobody can edit or delete an entry, including SeatReaper staff. The database itself rejects edits and deletions, not just the app.
Older entries and export
Fifty entries show at a time. Use Older entries at the bottom to page back, or Download CSV to export every entry, including the reason for each support action. See Security settings. To send entries to a SIEM as they happen, and to get emailed about sensitive ones, see Security alerts and audit log streaming.
One client's changes
On Growth and Pro, owners can print one client's entries for a period as the Change log under Reports > Compliance evidence: flags, offboardings, removals and client settings, with who made each change and when. See Compliance evidence reports.
