On Starter and up, everyone on your team gets a short email once a week, early in the week, once at least one tool is connected. It shows:
- open waste across your clients, per month,
- items found in the last 7 days,
- approved items still waiting to be removed,
- savings verified in the last 7 days and to date,
- the five biggest open items,
- a warning when some items have no price yet.
The Open the queue button takes you straight to the queue.
Turn it off or on
Each person chooses for themselves under Settings > Notifications. Every digest also has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom; it asks you to confirm, then turns the digest off for that address. Turning it off for yourself never affects your teammates.
Send yourself a test
Settings > Notifications > Send me a test digest sends this week's digest to you only, so you can see it in your inbox. You can send one test per hour.
Not getting it?
- Check your spam or junk folder, and add the sender to your safe senders.
- The digest is not sent on the free plan, to a suspended workspace, or before a tool is connected.
- Make sure it is turned on under Settings > Notifications.
