Setting SeatReaper up for your MSP? Follow the Setup guide for IT engineers: every step from the first sign-in to the first verified saving, with what you need from each tool.
A new workspace takes about ten minutes to set up. The Overview page shows a getting-started checklist that ticks itself off as you go. You can hide it once you are done and bring it back from the same page.
1. Take the one-minute tour
The first time you sign in, a short tour points out where everything lives. Skip it if you like; you can replay it any time from Help > Take the tour. See The product tour.
2. Add your clients
Each client tenant you manage is one client in SeatReaper. Add them one at a time with the guided wizard, or many at once from a spreadsheet:
Your plan decides how many active clients you can have. SeatReaper tells you before you hit the limit and never charges you for clients you did not add.
3. Connect your tools
Workspace-wide tools are connected once under Settings > Integrations (pick each one under Add an integration): N-central, Cove, Pax8, Partner Center, Datto RMM, Datto SaaS Protection, NinjaOne, CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, Webroot, Huntress, Sophos Central, Duo, Acronis and Flowroute. Per-client tools are connected on each client's page: Microsoft 365 and KnowBe4. Google Workspace is both: your service account once under Settings > Integrations, then an admin email on each client's page.
Some tools match clients by IDs you record (the Microsoft 365 tenant ID, the N-central customer ID and the Cove customer); the others match by name, and you can pick the client for anything that did not match. Each client has a setup checklist that shows what is still missing. See The client setup checklist.
4. Invite your team
Everyone signs in as themselves so the audit log means something. See Inviting your team and setting roles.
5. Choose a plan
Owners pick a plan on Billing. See Plans and billing.
When you get stuck

Your language
SeatReaper is available in English, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese (Brazil). Pick yours with the language menu at the bottom of the website or on the sign-in page. Your choice is saved to your login, so it follows you to other devices. Each person on a team can use a different language.
These help articles and the legal documents are in English. The in-app assistant answers questions in your language.
