Estimates, not guarantees
Every cost and saving SeatReaper shows is an estimate. It is calculated from the license assignments, usage signals and prices available to SeatReaper at the time of a scan. Actual billing depends on your agreements with each vendor, discounts, billing terms, commitments and timing, which SeatReaper may not see. We do not guarantee that SeatReaper will find every unused item or that you will save any particular amount.
You decide what changes
SeatReaper is read-only by default and never removes a license, account, mailbox, backup seat or device by itself. A flag is a suggestion to review. Before you remove anything, confirm it with your client: a person who looks inactive may be on leave, a mailbox may hold records you are required to keep, and a device that looks offline may be in storage. Removing a license can delete data or end access, and you are responsible for the changes you make, including changes your team makes from SeatReaper when an owner has turned on removals.

Nothing in SeatReaper, its reports or its help articles is legal, licensing, tax or financial advice. Licensing rules are set by each vendor and change over time; check the vendor's current terms when it matters.

Third-party data
SeatReaper relies on data supplied by the services you connect. If that data is late, incomplete or wrong, SeatReaper's results will be too.
